Push your luck across the Welsh cattle grids

Risk an extra D6 Turbo Die alongside your standard movement. Roll 2–6 for a massive speed surge across the valley lanes. But roll a 1 on the Turbo Die, and you suffer a catastrophic radiator blowout: an extra parcel spills into the ditch (+1 penalty), and your van is towed straight to Evans Mechanics Garage!

The Whole of Wales on One Board

Start at the depot in Cardiff, deliver your way around the country, and race back before your rivals. The 52-space track follows the real roads of Wales, from the A470 to the Menai bridges, with real Welsh landmarks all the way round.

At Brecon, take the West Coast through Pembrokeshire and round Cardigan Bay, or head over the Mid Wales mountains. At Dolgellau, go for the North Wales Grand Tour over both Menai bridges and along the north coast, or gamble on the Mountain Dash to Bala. Then it’s home down the border to Cardiff.

Official Courier Rules

Straightforward to learn in 3 minutes, delightfully chaotic to master!

🎲

1. Turn Order Roll-Off

All couriers roll at the start. Highest roll goes first, lowest last. The winning player can either use their roll-off score as their first move or roll again!

2. Small House Deliveries

Landing on a Small House lets you flip the Crazy Couriers coin. Heads: Deliver 1 Small Parcel! Tails: Customer not home, keep the parcel.

3. Large Parcel Drops

Large parcels can only be delivered at Large Houses (castles, manors and farms) or Apartment Flats. Flip coin: Heads delivers 1 Large Parcel!

4. Sub-Depots & Audits

Landing on a Sub-Depot requires a coin flip. Tails: You must collect +1 extra parcel! Heads: Clean pass, no action taken.

5. Fuel Station

Landing on the red Fuel Station means your low-diesel warning light is on. You must miss your next turn to refuel.

6. Backward Movement Rule

If a dog attack or card forces you backwards and you land on a house or sub-depot, NO ACTION IS TAKEN.

Not yet. We're finishing playtesting and manufacturer quotes first. Join the launch list and we'll email you the day the campaign opens.
What happens when I join the launch list? +
We'll email you when the Kickstarter goes live, along with occasional updates on the game. No payment is taken, and you can unsubscribe any time.
When would the boxed game ship? +
If the campaign is funded, we're aiming to place the manufacturing order in spring 2027, with boxed games shipping a few months later. Firm dates will be in the campaign once manufacturing is booked.
Will you ship internationally? +
UK first, and possibly the EU. Current estimates are UK £7, EU £16 and Rest of World £28. Outside the UK, import duties and taxes may apply on delivery. Final rates and destinations will be confirmed in the campaign.
Is the online browser prototype free? +
Yes. You can play the whole game right now on this page — pass-and-play with friends or against bot couriers, with nothing to install.
What if the campaign doesn't hit its target? +
Kickstarter is all-or-nothing: if the funding goal isn't reached, nobody is charged.
Why are the prices only estimates? +
We're still collecting quotes. The box and board artwork is being commissioned from professional artists before launch; the money raised pays for the card illustrations and graphic design, plus manufacturing, safety testing and delivery. Once those quotes are in, we'll set the final pledge prices, shipping and stretch goals for the campaign page.
